SHIFT Consortium Holds Second General Assembly Meeting

Updated: Dec 16, 2024

The SHIFT project successfully conducted its second General Assembly Meeting at Télécom Paris on November 26–27, 2024. The event brought together key stakeholders, partners, and team members for two days of collaborative discussions, strategic planning, and progress updates.

The meeting was led by Alain Fleury, Project Coordinator from STMicroelectronics, who

provided an overview of the project's status and guided discussions on the priorities for the upcoming Year 3 of the project. Work Package Leaders delivered detailed presentations, highlighting the objectives achieved, major outcomes of the second year, and strategies to address any challenges encountered.

The agenda also included Executive Board sessions, which focused on deliverables,

milestones, and deviations. This was accompanied by a comprehensive risk analysis and a forward-looking strategy to ensure continued success.

In parallel, specialized working groups held focused sessions on different Work Packages. These included aligning the roadmap for Reporting Period 3 and preparing for the Reporting Period 2 review meeting. These breakout sessions allowed participants to explore specific topics in greater depth, fostering targeted discussions and paving the way for stronger collaboration across the consortium.

The meeting was an opportunity to reflect on the progress made, address challenges

collectively, and lay a solid foundation for the next phases of the SHIFT project. It

underscored the consortium's commitment to achieving its ambitious goals through teamwork, innovation, and strategic planning.
